Google integrations and data use

ColdOutreach asks for Google access only after a user chooses to connect Gmail or Google Calendar. Gmail send is used to send user-approved outreach emails. Gmail read-only is used to detect replies and bounces so sequences can stop on reply and analytics can be updated. Calendar read access is used to check availability. Calendar events access is used to create meeting events and invites when prospects book meetings. Users can disconnect Google integrations at any time.
